Executive Driver

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Executive Driver based in Lavington, with travel within and outside Nairobi. The driver provides professional, timely transportation to executives, senior management and authorised company representatives, covering both local and long-distance assignments within Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Drive executives to meetings, appointments, business functions, airports and other official engagements, planning routes to ensure punctual arrival.
• Operate company or assigned vehicles safely, following traffic laws, road safety regulations and company driving policies, and practice defensive driving.
• Keep vehicles clean, secure and well maintained, check fuel levels, mileage, servicing schedules, insurance and inspection documents, and report faults and arrange repairs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and trip records.
• Plan efficient routes across Nairobi and Kenya, considering traffic, road conditions, weather and security.
• Keep executive schedules, destinations and company information strictly confidential and act professionally and courteously with executives, clients and visitors.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as an executive driver or chauffeur driving a VIP or company director.
• Class A, B, C, E valid, clean driving licence and a valid certificate of good conduct.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and long-distance travel within Kenya.
• Excellent work ethic and customer service.
