Experienced Sales Development Representative – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives to join our Nairobi team and accelerate business growth through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation. The role is on‑site and requires an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients via phone calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed defined activity metrics and conversion targets.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or sales‑focused call‑center roles.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Available to work on‑site in Nairobi and start immediately.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Ability to manage high‑volume outreach campaigns.
