About the role
The Experiential Lead will drive Capwell’s experiential agenda by designing and delivering distinctive consumer experiences across sampling, roadshows, events and sponsorships to boost trial, engagement and brand relevance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute consumer experience programmes including sampling, roadshows, events and sponsorship activations.
- Manage budgets, coordinate multi‑activation projects and ensure alignment with brand and marketing strategies.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience in experiential, consumer or brand activation, preferably within FMCG.
- Proven agency experience, budget management and multi‑activation project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
