Experiential Producer

About the role

Bring brand experiences to life through flawless production and execution. You will manage events, roadshows, exhibitions, and activations from concept to completion, ensuring each activation reflects the brand’s vision and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce end‑to‑end experiential activations and events.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and production teams.
• Oversee on‑site execution and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Ensure brand guidelines and safety standards are met.
• Manage logistics for multi‑city roadshow campaigns.
• Lead post‑event reporting and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with production partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years in event or experiential production.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale activations.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience handling budgets for $100K+ events.
• Excellent problem‑solving and crisis‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or a related field.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
