External Relations Officer – Bonje Agrihub

About the role

The External Relations Officer will support ENEK’s stakeholder engagement across governmental authorities, ministries, local governments and community members. Reporting to the External Relations Manager, the role ensures effective communication, data management and administrative coordination for the Bonje Agrihub project.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials and keep communication logs with communities, government agencies and NGOs.
• Organise briefings, bilateral meetings and training sessions, handling logistics and follow‑up.
• Collect, organise and report data for stakeholder communications and maintain departmental databases.
• Monitor current affairs and public authority updates that may affect ENEK projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Communications or related field.
• Experience in communications, external relations, community development or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
