About the role
The Facility Administrator oversees the efficient operation of the healthcare facility, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services, regulatory compliance, and strong business performance. The role acts as a bridge between clinical staff, patients, and executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold healthcare quality standards.
- Manage business performance metrics and budgeting processes.
- Lead and coordinate people management, fostering effective teamwork.
- Serve as liaison between clinical staff, patients, and senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, public health, nursing or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar facility administration role.
- Proficiency with computer systems, especially Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).
Required skills
- Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) proficiency.
- Basic financial and budgeting skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
