Facility Administrator – Utawala

About the role

The Facility Administrator will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic in Utawala, ensuring high‑quality healthcare delivery and compliance with regulations. This full‑time position serves as a liaison between clinical staff, patients, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor business performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate staff, fostering effective teamwork.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clinical teams and executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, public health, nursing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar facility administration role.
• Proficiency with computer systems, particularly Health Management Information Systems.
