Fashion Shop Manager

About the role

Town Team is seeking a dynamic Fashion Shop Manager to lead its Nairobi store. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee daily operations, staff, and customer experience, ensuring the shop meets its sales and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day shop activities and maintain high visual and service standards.
• Lead, coach, and schedule store staff to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment.
• Drive sales performance through merchandising, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
• Implement marketing strategies and in‑store events to attract customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure exceptional service.
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational metrics for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a retail team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Flexibility and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail or fashion store management is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
