About the role
CBM (Christian Blind Mission) seeks an experienced consultant to conduct a feasibility study for the Lishe, Elimu na Afya (LEA) Project in Turkana County, Kenya. The assignment is a short‑term consultancy of approximately 30 days in October 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the feasibility of the proposed LEA project, evaluating design, implementation potential and sustainability.
- Systematically review institutional systems, health and nutrition service integration, caregiver and community capacity building, and inclusive ECDE infrastructure and WASH facilities.
- Produce a comprehensive report with findings, recommendations and risk analysis for CBM and WKP.
Required profile
- Proven experience in feasibility studies or project assessments in education, health, nutrition or WASH sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently on a tight timeline.
- Familiarity with early childhood development programmes and inclusive education contexts in Kenya or similar settings.
