About the role
The Field Officer will act as the frontline representative of Tuishi Companion Ltd, promoting health coverage solutions across the Lunga Lunga area. This role focuses on community engagement, member registration, and supporting beneficiaries through claims and service activation.
Key responsibilities
- Register new members for medical and last expense cover.
- Educate communities about medical cover, last expense cover, and in‑kind envelope benefits.
- Assist members with claims processing and service activations.
- Expand Tuishi’s presence in villages, estates, markets, hospitals, churches, and workplaces.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate.
- Passionate about serving the community.
