About the role
We are looking for a proactive Field Officer to join Tuishi Companion Ltd in Kaloleni. The role focuses on expanding our community health coverage programmes and supporting members throughout the enrollment and claim process. You will act as the primary link between the organisation and local residents.
Key responsibilities
- Register new members for medical and last‑expense cover.
- Educate communities about Medical Cover, Last Expense Cover and In‑kind Envelope benefits.
- Assist members with claims processing and service activations.
- Grow Tuishi’s presence across villages, estates, markets, hospitals, churches and workplaces.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate.
- Passionate about serving the community.
