About the role
The Field Officer will act as the primary link between Tuishi Companion Ltd and local communities in the Matuga area. You will help expand the company’s health‑cover services by registering new members and providing education on available benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Register new members for medical and last‑expense cover plans.
- Educate community members about medical cover, last‑expense cover, and in‑kind envelope benefits.
- Assist members with claims processing and service activations.
- Promote Tuishi’s presence across villages, estates, markets, hospitals, churches, and workplaces.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate.
- Passionate about serving the community.
