About the role
The Field Operator – TCP/Wireline will support wellsite activities by performing routine maintenance, equipment preparation, and safe operation of wireline winches and related surface equipment. The role involves both shop and onsite duties, ensuring compliance with HSE and company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance and operation of wireline winches and surface equipment.
- Prepare equipment and manage Permit to Work system before operations.
- Assist in rig‑up and rig‑down of TCP equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support pre‑operational checks, risk assessments, and reporting for onshore and offshore use.
- Repair and maintain pressure control equipment and down‑hole tools under supervision.
Required profile
- Technical diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wireline TCP service delivery.
- Proven safety focus and ability to work with explosives.
- Good communication skills and team player attitude.
