Field Sales Executive – Kiambu

About the role

UMS Kenya is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote its prepaid electricity and water sub‑metering solutions across Kiambu and surrounding areas. You will work directly with customers and sales agents, showcasing the benefits of tenant‑prepaid metering and driving new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new customers and sales agents.
• Promote and sell UMS prepaid metering products through field visits and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets and submit regular activity reports.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and spot new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous field sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Own or have reliable access to transport.
