Field Sales Representative (Dental Supplies)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote and sell a wide range of dental equipment, instruments and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell dental supplies to clinics, hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals and industry events.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
• Collaborate with logistics, technical and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent client service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in the dental or medical supplies industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental equipment and products.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
