Field Sales Representative – Isuzu Parts

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will promote and sell genuine Isuzu parts, accessories, and service solutions to existing and prospective customers in Nairobi. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing expert advice and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Isuzu genuine parts, accessories, and vehicle servicing solutions.
• Provide expert advice on parts and service packages, helping customers choose the right components.
• Handle all customer inquiries face‑to‑face, online, or via phone promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships through personalized service.
• Identify customer needs proactively and offer tailored parts and service packages.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for parts and services.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and track performance against targets.
• Upsell additional accessories, services, and related parts.
• Stay updated on Isuzu product offerings, technical updates, and industry trends.
• Manage returns and part/service issues according to Isuzu policies.
• Promote loyalty programmes and service incentives to drive repeat business.

Required profile

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years experience in automotive parts or service sales.
• Mandatory prior experience with Isuzu vehicles, parts, or service offerings.
• Proven sales experience in the automotive or parts/service industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle parts, servicing procedures, and automotive systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
