Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will promote LERE’s booking and scheduling platform to service‑based businesses in the Westlands area. You will act as the first point of contact, guiding owners and decision‑makers from initial demo through sign‑up and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach target service businesses within the assigned region.
• Demonstrate LERE’s features and explain the value proposition to owners and decision‑makers.
• Guide prospects through the registration, onboarding and first‑use phases.
• Follow up with customers after payment to encourage continued usage and address any issues.
• Maintain regular communication to monitor subscription status and support retention.
• Achieve a monthly target of at least 10 paid subscribers.
• Record all activities, prospects and customer status accurately in the CRM.
• Report sales activity, feedback and retention concerns to the Qolaro sales team.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on meeting monthly targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track leads and customers.
• Basic computer literacy for handling demos and online platforms.
