About the role
The Field Sales Representative will drive retail account expansion, product distribution and overall field sales growth for Uncover Skincare in the Mombasa territory. You will spend most of your time out in the field, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with retail partners.
Key responsibilities
- Expand retail accounts and increase product distribution across the assigned territory.
- Identify sales opportunities, visit stores, and nurture relationships to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, beauty, skincare, pharmacy or retail.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable travelling within the territory.
- Good understanding of retail and territory management.
Required skills
- Strong sales and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage retail accounts and territories effectively.
