Finance & Executive Support Analyst to CFO

About the role

This position supports the Chief Financial Officer of a multi‑entity durable medical equipment holding group. The analyst will manage recurring financial, compliance and executive tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and information is organized.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CFO’s master task tracker, prioritize daily duties, and follow up with internal teams and external advisors.
• Manage a centralized compliance calendar, prepare state annual reports, tax returns, and track insurance and licensing renewals.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries, debt schedules, budget‑versus‑actual reports, and assist with acquisition due diligence.
• Create journal entries, run NetSuite OneWorld reports, and document standard operating procedures.
• Organize SharePoint files, build vendor and project trackers, and prepare executive meeting materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least three years supporting accounting or finance teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH and multi‑tab workbooks.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to produce clear summaries and reports.
• Proven ability to manage task lists independently, prioritize competing responsibilities and maintain confidentiality.
