About the role
We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join L'Oréal’s finance team in Kisumu. The internship is designed for recent 2023‑2025 bachelor graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in credit auditing, financial analysis and forecasting within a global cosmetics leader.
Key responsibilities
- Support credit auditing processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing financial analytics reports and forecasts.
- Perform routine accounting tasks and reconcile entries.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial information.
Required profile
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability to absorb new business realities quickly.
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Resilience and a positive mindset when facing challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Entrepreneurial drive with initiative to propose bold ideas.
- Diploma or Associate’s degree (or current bachelor studies 2023‑2025).
