Finance Manager (Kenya)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Finance Manager to lead the financial function of our fertility team in Kenya. The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, reporting and compliance to support the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including planning, reporting and analysis.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and regular management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Kenyan tax legislation, statutory obligations and IFRS standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk exposure.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making and business expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• Professional qualification – CPA (K), ACCA or CIMA (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• In‑depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
