Finance Manager – Strategic Financial Leadership

About the role

The Finance Manager will provide strategic financial leadership, safeguard the company’s financial health, and act as a trusted business partner to the General Manager by turning financial data into commercial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and control, preparing weekly to annual reports, maintaining the general ledger, and delivering management and board presentations in line with IFRS.
• Manage working capital and commercial finance, overseeing daily cash flow, cash‑flow forecasts, debtor collections, creditor payments, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure governance, risk and compliance by maintaining statutory and tax compliance, internal controls, fraud prevention, and asset protection.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and ERP processes.

Required profile

• Mid‑level finance professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to produce accurate financial reports and analyses.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and corporate governance standards.
• Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
