About the role
Britam Holdings Limited is seeking a full‑time Financial Advisor to work on‑site in Kitengela. The advisor will engage clients to understand their financial goals, assess their situation and develop tailored plans covering insurance, investments, savings and retirement.
Key responsibilities
- Meet prospective and existing clients, present Britam’s financial products and prepare proposals.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide ongoing advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and policy servicing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required profile
- Ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in sales and marketing of financial services is an advantage.
- Possession of COP/ECOP certificate and KCSE (or equivalent) preferred.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
- Willingness to earn on a commission basis and conduct field visits in Kitengela.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on ethical practice.
