About the role
City Walk Kenya is seeking friendly and energetic Floor Attendants to join its retail teams in Nairobi. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales, and keeping the store environment organized and attractive.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive customer service and assist shoppers on the sales floor.
- Support sales through upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Maintain strong product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.
- Keep the store tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of retail or sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Confidence in upselling and cross‑selling.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- A Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
