About the role
The Food and Beverage Controller will oversee cost control, inventory management and financial reporting for the hotel’s F&B operations. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will ensure accurate tracking of food costs and compliance with budgeting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily food and beverage inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyse food cost variances and prepare regular cost control reports.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimise purchasing and waste reduction.
- Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s POS and inventory management systems.
- Support month‑end closing activities and assist with audit preparations.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Controller in a 3‑star or 4‑star hotel.
- High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
