About the role

The Food & Beverage Trainee Program at Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi offers a hands‑on learning experience in a five‑star hospitality environment. Under the guidance of the Training Manager and departmental trainers, you will rotate through key F&B outlets to develop practical skills and understand hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and surrounding spaces.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet.
• Handle guest enquiries courteously and report complaints to supervisors promptly.
• Follow hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, health and safety, including HACCP standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel‑initiated learning sessions.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food & Beverage Service (or completed coursework) from a recognized institution.
• Kenyan citizenship.
• Graduated or within one year of completion (2025/2026).
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• Excellent grooming, professional etiquette and a positive learning attitude.
