Food & Beverage Supervisor – Nairobi

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead daily operations across restaurant, bar and room‑service areas at our Westlands venue. You will ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and efficiency while supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B service areas, ensuring procedures are followed and standards maintained.
• Lead, coach and develop staff, fostering teamwork and morale.
• Plan and execute banquets, weddings, corporate events and special functions in coordination with kitchen and events teams.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, delivering prompt resolutions.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering in partnership with procurement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene and emergency protocols.
• Assist the F&B manager with budgeting, cost control and labor optimisation.
• Prepare regular operational reports on sales, performance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight event timelines.
