French Eligibility Representative

About the role

The French Eligibility Representative ensures members receive timely access to their healthcare benefits. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, customers, and internal stakeholders, handling eligibility administration through phone and email in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain member eligibility information accurately across multiple systems, processing enrollments, updates, terminations and benefit changes.
• Serve as the main contact for eligibility‑related inquiries from clients, vendors and internal teams, investigating and resolving data discrepancies.
• Generate, analyze and validate reports to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy.
• Provide technical support for eligibility processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
