About the role
The Fresh Produce Attendant works on‑site in a supermarket environment, managing fresh produce displays and providing assistance to customers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Manage fresh produce displays, ensuring products are well‑presented and stocked.
- Assist customers with product information, selection, and any queries related to fresh produce.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the produce section.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or spoilage.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen, 18 years or older, with a valid National ID.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Disciplined, team‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Demonstrate disciplined work ethic and embrace teamwork.
- Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines.
