Friendly Call Agent (Pay-for-Performance)

About the role

Sauti Contact Center is looking for dedicated Call Agents to join its team. You will make calls on behalf of clients, working remotely from a quiet, distraction-free environment and following a strict schedule. The position is temporary.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule while working remotely and make calls to candidates using a provided script.
• Obtain the intended result for each assigned project.
• Document every call and its outcome in the system.
• Maintain a minimum call rate of 25 calls per hour.
• Perform an internet speed test before starting work and report the speed.
• Ensure continuity of work during power outages by making the necessary arrangements.
• Use a noise-canceling headset, keep laptops and computers updated and secure, and report any issues to the reporting manager.
• Take part in ongoing training to improve skills.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a functioning laptop.
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment and to handle power outages.
• Must adhere to the agreed schedule and be punctual; previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
