Front Desk Agent – Guest Services

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent you are the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service from check‑in to check‑out. You will manage reservations, handle payments, and ensure every guest feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check‑ins and check‑outs with professionalism.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest communications via phone, email, and in person.
• Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
• Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area.

Required profile

• Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a genuine passion for guest service.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (StayNTouch experience is a plus).
