Front of House Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to lead, motivate and inspire our team to deliver an outstanding guest experience at Slug & Lettuce in Bristol.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the management team to bring the venue’s vision to life.
• Maintain smooth operations and consistency across service areas.
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel valued.
• Lead, coach and develop front‑of‑house staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Oversee daily service flow, handling guest queries and issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a front‑of‑house leadership role within hospitality.
• Minimum age of 18 years (required for alcohol sales).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
