About the role
The Front Office Receptionist will be the first smile patients see, welcoming them, managing front‑desk operations and keeping the flow of care smooth in a busy hospital or clinic environment. You will set the tone for patient care by providing a warm, sharp and steady presence at the reception.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel comfortable upon arrival and providing clear directions to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front‑desk operations, including patient registration, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating appointment schedules.
- Keep the reception area organized, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in a busy hospital or clinic environment, handling high patient volumes.
- Computer literate with proficiency in standard office software and patient management systems.
- Calm and friendly demeanor, able to remain composed under pressure.
- Preferably female, reflecting the employer’s stated preference.
