Front Office & Sales Officer

About the role

The Front Office & Sales Officer will be the first point of contact for walk‑in clients, students and visitors. You will combine excellent customer service with proactive sales activities to drive student enrolments for our education programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk‑in clients, students and visitors in a professional manner.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media, providing accurate information on courses, admission requirements, fees and intakes.
• Convert enquiries into student enrolments through effective sales follow‑ups.
• Guide prospective students through the application and admission process.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and admissions targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications and enrolled students.
• Coordinate with academic and finance departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly admissions and sales reports.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and professional.
• Participate in education fairs, marketing activities and student recruitment events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front‑office, customer service or sales, preferably in an education setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
• Detail‑oriented with good record‑keeping abilities.
