Frontend Web Developer – HTML & CSS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while building responsive, high‑performance user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across desktop and mobile devices.
• Translate design mockups from Figma, Sketch, or similar tools into pixel‑perfect UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance, accessibility, and load times.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front‑end best practices.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile‑first development.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging and performance tuning.
