GA Field Supervisor

About the role

The GA Field Supervisor leads a team of Sales Consultants, providing tools, training and performance monitoring to achieve sales targets. The role ensures compliance with banking regulations and operational excellence in field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Sales Consultants, set individual targets and monitor performance daily, weekly and monthly.
• Manage attendance, leave approvals and disciplinary issues in line with HR policies.
• Coordinate product promotion campaigns, distribute materials and cascade key messages.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal bank policies, including KYC and AML.
• Induct new consultants and arrange required training and compliance courses.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma; 2‑3 years banking experience in sales and service.
• Management or team‑leadership experience.
• Good knowledge of banking products, policies, competitors and relevant regulations (FICA, NCA, FAIS).
• Strong analytical skills for document verification and risk assessment.
