About the role
The hospital is seeking a qualified dentist to deliver comprehensive general dentistry services on‑site, including restorative work, extractions and root canal treatments.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions and root canals.
- Maintain strict infection‑control and safety standards in the clinical environment.
Required profile
- Dental degree (BDS, DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Valid practising licence with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
- 2‑3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry within a hospital setting.
- Current BLS certification.
- Post‑graduate or specialist training (e.g., orthodontics) is an advantage.
Required skills
- Restorative dentistry procedures.
- Tooth extractions.
- Root canal therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
