General Manager – RCL MEDIA (TV, Radio & Digital Platforms)

About the role

The General Manager will provide visionary leadership and operational excellence across TV, radio and digital platforms, driving audience growth and revenue while maintaining high‑quality content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 5‑year strategic plan aligned with the organisation’s vision.
• Oversee end‑to‑end media operations, including content production, programming, broadcasting and publishing.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and monetisation of online platforms.
• Manage annual budgets, P&L performance and drive profitability.
• Lead advertising sales strategy, partnership development and explore innovative revenue models.
• Ensure compliance with media regulations, licensing requirements and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15+ years of experience in media, broadcasting or digital platforms.
• 5+ years in senior leadership (GM, COO, Director level) with proven P&L management.
• Strong understanding of TV, radio and digital media ecosystems and experience in digital transformation.
