About the role
We are seeking an exceptional General Operations & Growth Manager to take immediate ownership of day‑to‑day operations, sales pipelines, client onboarding, and team execution. You will act as the entrepreneur’s second‑in‑command, removing operational bottlenecks and driving high‑level growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, sales pipelines, and client onboarding while leading a starter team of a Lead Web Systems Engineer and an SEO Specialist.
- Close high‑ticket deals, manage hosting infrastructure security, and enforce operational workflows without supervision.
Required profile
- Proven track record in high‑ticket sales and closing deals both face‑to‑face and digitally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, track production pipelines, and enforce autonomous operational ownership.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with WordPress, Upmind, and Google Workspace ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of server security and hosting infrastructure management.
