German-Speaking Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own and grow relationships with affiliate partners and networks for a fast‑growing European cashback and savings platform. You will sell paid placements on our website and newsletter, negotiate deals, and bring in high‑quality traffic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Run the partnership inbox, handling offer requests, commission queries and fraud issues promptly.
• Create and maintain a media kit, then sell and book website and newsletter placements.
• Negotiate better terms with existing partners, such as higher CPA/CPS rates, exclusive codes and bonus commissions.
• Acquire new shops, brands and fintechs through affiliate networks and direct deals, focusing on high‑basket and high‑commission verticals.
• Track partner performance metrics (clicks, conversions, EPC, basket size, commission, rejection rates) and flag under‑performers.
• Report weekly on placement revenue, pipeline, top and bottom partners, and open issues.

Required profile

• Fluent German (mandatory) and good English.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or performance marketing from the publisher, network or advertiser side.
• Familiarity with commission models (CPA, CPS, CPC, CPL) and performance metrics like EPC and rejection rates.
• Commercial instinct and confidence to price and negotiate deals independently.
• Comfort using AI tools to handle inbox volume and speed up media‑kit creation and reporting.
• Self‑driven, organised and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Awareness of reputational sensitivity around cashback and coupon extensions is a strong plus.
