Global Change Manager – Supply Chain Transformation

About the role

CARE USA is launching a multi‑year global supply‑chain transformation programme to improve cost, speed, scale, sustainability and quality of response. The Global Change Manager will lead change and deployment activities for this programme, including the rollout of an integrated Supply Chain and Finance platform on Oracle Fusion and major fleet improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder analysis, leadership alignment approaches and communication plans to secure buy‑in across country offices.
• Conduct detailed change impact assessments, map current to future states and create transition plans for priority projects.
• Partner with project sponsors to design and execute robust communication strategies that reduce resistance and accelerate adoption.
• Contribute to CARE’s internal transformation team, enhance the change‑management methodology and deliver training to diverse stakeholder groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on change‑management and communications experience in large, complex transformational initiatives.
• Proven experience implementing source‑to‑pay systems.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and written/spoken communication skills.
• Experience guiding change across the full project lifecycle, from analysis to rollout.
