Global Product Manager (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

The Global Product Manager will serve as the primary communication bridge between Generation's Digital Team and its worldwide GYE affiliates, ensuring product alignment, roadmap clarity, and successful adoption of digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for affiliates on the GYE software ecosystem, maintaining two‑way communication.
• Schedule and lead regular check‑ins, roadmap updates, and feedback sessions with affiliate stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and prioritize affiliate requirements to inform the product backlog.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, the Tech Lead, and Design to translate feedback into clear user stories.
• Communicate release notes, product changes, and rollout plans proactively.
• Work with Operations on rollout plans, affiliate testing, and training.
• Monitor product adoption, resolve issues, and report engagement metrics.
• Ensure quality assurance for all software before affiliate rollout.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as a product manager, project manager, or product owner.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with excellent proactive communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross‑functional, remote, and affiliate teams.
• Experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑dependency projects in an agile environment.
• Fluent in English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
