Golf Range Attendant

About the role

The Golf Range Attendant is responsible for maintaining the golf range and practice facilities at Limuru Country Club. The role ensures that all areas are clean, safe, and ready for use by members, guests, and golf professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the golf range and practice facilities clean, orderly, and ready for daily use, including preparing hitting bays, mats, and equipment.
• Collect, clean, sort, and manage range balls, monitoring availability and reporting shortages.
• Maintain practice areas by removing debris, reporting damaged surfaces, and ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation.
• Use and inspect range equipment and tools safely, reporting any defects or unsafe conditions.
• Provide courteous service to members and guests, offering basic information and responding to routine requests.
• Prepare and restore the range for lessons, clinics, tournaments, and other club events.
• Observe safety procedures, report hazards, and comply with club policies and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Use resources responsibly, monitor supplies, and report replenishment needs.
