Graphic Design and Production

About the role

Ultra Promo Limited is seeking a motivated Graphic Design and Production professional to support client artwork needs and ensure high‑quality production of promotional materials. You will work closely with the sales, procurement, and external printing teams to deliver designs that meet client specifications and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust and correct client artworks as required.
• Continuously assess and improve the design of existing products.
• Prepare artworks in the correct format for production and create mock‑ups for client approval.
• Coordinate artwork requests with the sales team and manage timelines for delivery and approvals.
• Organise sample sourcing, supplier interactions, and production schedules.
• Set daily and weekly objectives, communicate them across departments, and assign responsibilities.
• Check production output against client specifications and conduct quality inspections.
• Identify efficiency issues, suggest improvements, and submit performance reports.
• Liaise with external printing or production teams to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• No formal qualifications required.
• At least one month of experience in graphic design, artwork preparation, or production processes.
