Graphic Designer, Marketing, Social Media & Training Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organised professional to boost our brand visibility and digital presence. The Graphic Designer, Marketing, Social Media & Training Coordinator will design visual assets, manage our social channels and support marketing and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, banners, presentations, product sheets and digital content.
• Create, schedule and manage content across company social media platforms and WhatsApp channels.
• Develop monthly social media and marketing content calendars.
• Produce and edit photos, videos, product demonstrations and project‑related content.
• Respond to online enquiries, follow up sales leads and support lead generation.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches and sales initiatives.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify visibility opportunities.
• Coordinate photography, content creation and maintain the project portfolio.
• Oversee production and distribution of catalogues, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Organise product training sessions, manage training materials, attendance records and calendars.
• Support the planning of exhibitions, symposiums, trade shows and company events.
• Track marketing activities, social media performance and prepare monthly reports for management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and content creation abilities.
• Experience managing business social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
