Group Director – Digital Transformation & Business Technology

About the role

Victory Farms is seeking a senior leader to drive its Group Digital Transformation and Business Technology agenda across Kenya, Rwanda and the Netherlands. The role will shape technology strategy, governance and innovation to support the full aquaculture value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Digital Transformation strategy, partnering with business leaders to improve processes, visibility and decision‑making.
• Lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of ERPNext, Aqua Digital Ecosystem, Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and future enterprise platforms.
• Design, govern and expand the Aqua Digital Ecosystem covering biomass management, feeding, survival monitoring, harvest planning and smart‑farming technologies.
• Establish a trusted single source of truth, define KPI governance, expand advanced analytics and drive AI, automation and operational intelligence adoption.
• Oversee ICT, cybersecurity and technology governance, including risk management, data governance, licensing, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning enterprise systems, data & analytics, ICT & cybersecurity and business intelligence.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business technology or enterprise systems, preferably in operationally intensive environments.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale technology programmes and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the aquaculture or agriculture sector is advantageous.
