About the role

The Group Lending Loan Officer will promote group loan products, recruit and educate borrower groups, assess loan applications and keep accurate lending records for the Rift Valley region.

Key responsibilities

Promote group loan products to potential borrowers.
Recruit, organize and educate borrower groups.
Assess loan applications and ensure compliance with lending policies.
Maintain accurate lending records and reports.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in group lending.
