Growth Administrator – Entry Level Trainee

About the role

Africa Fleet Management Solutions is looking for a Growth Administrator to join its 2026‑2035 growth journey across Africa. You will support market expansion, product development, digital presence and reporting for all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new market, customer and internal research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product and system solutions, manage website and social media channels.
• Prepare sales and customer documentation and produce management reports.
• Support telematics, automotive supply, rescue & recovery, insurance and IoT integration activities across SBUs.

Required profile

• Graduate engineer (any discipline) with 0‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Passion for technology, innovation and Africa’s growth.
• Proven ability to grow personally while driving organisational growth.
• Excellent communication, coordination and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
