Growth Marketing Consultant

About the role

Baizone Africa is seeking a Growth Marketing Consultant to own its digital growth, run paid campaigns and generate new business. You will report directly to management and be responsible for expanding the agency’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Manage and grow Baizone’s social media pages.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research and campaign execution.
• Identify and qualify new leads for marketing, events and print services.
• Pitch Baizone’s services to prospective clients and support event promotion.
• Track performance and deliver weekly reports covering ad spend, leads, pipeline and next steps.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of running successful ads on Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Experience with events marketing and lead generation.
• Strong written and spoken communication with professional judgement when dealing with clients.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
