Head of Operations (Control Tower)

About the role

The organization is seeking a Head of Operations to own its Control Tower function – a centralized operating model that provides real‑time visibility, coordination and execution across multiple agricultural service lines. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate strategy into reliable, system‑driven execution and ensure that all activities are measurable, transparent and consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Control Tower, coordinating operations across all departments and business lines.
• Ensure every operational activity follows documented SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth, guaranteeing full visibility, traceability and accountability.
• Set and communicate clear priorities, driving disciplined execution against daily, weekly and strategic objectives.
• Design, implement and monitor KPIs at departmental and individual levels.
• Oversee performance‑management processes, fostering accountability and alignment with targets.
• Integrate operational input into business‑development initiatives.
• Produce structured weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
